Start with a normal webpage
Open the page, click the extension icon and keep that tab active. Wait for the preview, then choose Copy image or Download PNG. Avoid switching tabs, resizing the window or changing zoom during capture.
The extension cannot capture this page
Try an ordinary HTTPS webpage. Chrome restricts extensions on internal browser pages such as chrome://settings and on the Chrome Web Store. A PDF viewer or another protected page may also be unavailable.
The image is incomplete or the page keeps growing
Long pages and infinite feeds, such as social media timelines, can reach browser image or memory limits. Choose fewer screens when prompted. A partial-capture notice explains when a limit was reached; a full capture is not guaranteed for every page.
Something moved or repeated in the image
Animations, videos, sticky elements and content that changes during scrolling can affect the result. Let the page load, stop playback where possible, and capture again without interacting with the page.
Copying or downloading failed
Click Copy image directly in the preview. If clipboard access is blocked, use Download PNG instead. For download problems, check Chrome’s download notifications and choose a writable destination.
Interface language
The extension follows Chrome’s interface language. Change the browser’s interface language and restart Chrome if needed. English is used when no supported translation matches. Webpage content is not translated.
Report a problem or suggest a feature
Describe what you expected and what happened instead. Extension and Chrome versions, your operating system and a public page URL can help reproduce the issue.
Do not include passwords, private links or confidential content. If a screenshot is needed, you can attach it when replying by email.
