GA4 receives data only after consent; user and event data is retained for 14 months in the property settings.
4. Data received by GA4
After consent, GA4 may receive a cookie identifier, approximate location, browser and device information, visited pages, referral source and interaction events such as a form submission or CTA click. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry text to GA4.
5. Recipients and transfers
Necessary cookies are processed by the website and ACTIVE 24 / Websupport infrastructure. Statistics are processed by Google Ireland Limited; Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Managing consent
The first layer provides “Accept”, “Reject” and “Preferences”. Optional categories start disabled; closing the banner or taking no action is not consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Manage consent” at the bottom of the site.
