Plzeň, Czech Republic I answer personally. English communication runs through a translator on calls.

I build websites and systems that bring in clients

I don't sell pretty pages. I build websites as a business tool: with a clear understanding of your customer, a logic that leads to enquiries, and a technical base that holds up in search.

What I do

I build custom websites — full development on WordPress, no templates and no site builders. But the website is only the centre. Around it I put the things that make it profitable: a structure built for your audience, a technical SEO base, analytics, and the connection to your advertising.

Work smart, not hard.

What people come to me for

Landing page

One page with one goal: turn a visitor into an enquiry. For advertising, a single service or a market test.

Custom website

A multi-page site: structure built around your services, SEO foundation, multiple languages, an admin panel you can't break.

Online store

WooCommerce with a custom theme: catalogue, payments and delivery for the EU market, e-commerce analytics.

Each additional language version adds roughly 25% to the project.

Who does the work

Taras Snitynskyi. I studied programming from secondary school and built my first commercial websites at a web studio during university. In 2019 I moved to the Czech Republic and — like most immigrants — started in a warehouse. Then a recruitment agency, a return to design and advertising, and in 2023 my own digital agency, Whowhere.online s.r.o., in Plzeň.

Every project on this site I run personally — from the first call to launch.

Common questions

Short answers to what comes up before we start.

Yes. I work remotely with clients across Europe — Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Austria and beyond. Communication is online; the contract and invoice go through my Czech company.

Landing page from €1200, multi-page website from €2400, full digital system from €3800, online store from €5600. Each additional language adds roughly 25%.

Ukrainian and Czech I speak myself. For English and German I bring a translator onto calls — written communication in English is not a problem.

Yes. I issue an invoice from Whowhere.online s.r.o., paid by bank transfer in euros. It is a standard document for accounting anywhere in the EU.

Tell me about your project

A few sentences are enough: what the business is, what you have now (a website, social profiles, nothing) and what needs to change. That's all I need to tell you whether I can help and what it would cost.
